There might be another Playstation with a number after the PS3, but that will not new model may not be named the Playstation 4 and would still be a Playstation.
Even knowing how many there have been depends on which Playstations you count as separate models. The total number already depends whether you count the PSP, PSP GO, and PSP Vita as three, none or include the different models of PSP separately and whether the PS2 and PS3 count as 2 or if they are 4 models counting the slim's separately.
