∙ 2009-12-14 17:05:24There is one of each and they are located on the left (or driver's side) of the transmission. The front one is the input sensor right by the dipstick tube, and the rear one is the output sensor. Must be careful when tightening the new ones since the are plastic.

the input and output speed sensors are on th driver side of the transmission located one on each side of the dipstick
