You should eat banana because it's a good source of potassium and might help get flat abs.Preferably eat none, however, if you are following a low carbohydrate diet.

There's no reason why bodybuilders should eat any bananas per day. Typically, bananas have too many carbs for beginning or intermediate bodybuilders. If you are able to afford the carbs, one a day is plenty. On the other hand, if you are an advanced bodybuilder and really enjoy bananas (and they are a great addition to protein shakes), there may be no harm in eating several. .

Bananas are 22.8% carbohydrate. But 2.6% of that is fiber. So, during induction you could (but shouldn't) eat 100 g of banana per day. There will be about 20g of carbs in 100 grams of banana.
