Caliories/50 + Total Fat/12 - Fiber/5(Max of one point)
So really if your points were derived purely of calories it would be 1,000 calores (50*20). But nothing is purely based on calories. So if you ate food with a high fat content then the calories would be lower so it could equal 20 points. And If you ate food low in fat and high in fiber then your calorie count is higher.
At the end the general answer is around 1,000 calories give or take how much fat and fiber you consume.
