  • There are many variables. It depends on your body weight, your degree of fitness (how hard you need to work to carry your weight) your pace, whether you are walking on an incline or flat ground, and whether you are running on a soft or hard surface.
  • Yes it depends on your weight and how much effort you need to make. Generally around 80-120 per average person. Again depends on the pace. I couldn't give exact as we are all different weights and all run different speeds and on different type of surface.
  • During 30 minutes with a steep incline of 15 and speed of 4.0 can you could possibly burn 300 calories.
  • I know I burn around 80 calories per mile. I run 7 min mile and I weigh around 7 stone.
