Depends on your metabolism, age, body, etc. The best way to know how many calories YOU burn while doing something is to buy a pulse watch.
It depends on what exercises you do and how much you do it and how long you do it for in the aerobic class. But you can consider about 450 for one hour of fairly hard effort.
Activity & Calories/10 min 123 lb women 170 lb man

Step Aerobics (10 inch bench) 75 104

At a guess, somewhere between 450-750 calories.
A man that weighs 230 pounds will burn approximately 1,200 calories doing fast paced cardio boxing for an hour. Walking for an hour will burn approximately 300 calories.
You can burn 500 calories doing a treadmill workout for forty one minutes (see 'Related Link' below). You can then burn over 400 doing boxing on the wii for an hour.
When we sleep, we actually burn about 77 calories per hour. Not too bad for doing nothing!
When I was this weight I used to burn about 600 calories an hour, This is of course dependant on how hard you work. Technically the hifger the level and the faster you go,m the more calories you will burn. I was doing level 6 at 50-60rpm and was burning 600 calories per hour. Hope that helps
Cardio routines that work major muscle groups burn the most calories per hour. Aerobics, running, stair climber and elliptical machine are all great examples. Refer to this page to calculate the calories burned for your favorite activities: http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_burn.php
you burn about 346 calories an hour.....
Depends on how hard you're working, how fit you are, and how much muscles you have to work with. I can burn around of 900 cals in an hour, but it takes some doing to be able to maintain that output for that long. If you're just starting to get serious about exercise you might want to aim lower.
Light standing occupations burn 150 calories per hour
Not any important amount. When it comes to burning calories, how hard and for how long is much more important than what you do. Pretty much all activities that gives you the same increase in heart rate for the same time will burn the same amount of calories. Now, 75 knee highs won't take that long to complete. Maybe 1.5 minute if we're generous. And it's about as strenuous as aerobics. So if one hour of aerobics would use up 450-600 calories, 1.5 minutes of knee highs will use up 11-15 calories.
If you can sprint for 20 minutes, you could burn up to 600 calories (just an estimate). The best way to sprint is to run all out for 30 seconds, then walk for 90 and do it again. Try to do 6 sets.
You burn 900 calories an hour jogging, but by jogging at all you are raising your metabolism which will help you burn calories more rapidly while doing anything else (i.e. sitting)
An hour-long Tae-Bo session can burn 500 to 800 calorie. A 30 minute video can burn 400 calories. For 8 minutes it's around 75-100 calories.
