It varies based on what fruits are being used, along with how big the fruit cup is. Usually between 100 and 300 calories. These calories, however, (as long as there is only fruit, no sugars or sauces added) are good ones.

The calorie content of a a bowl of fruit is determined by the type/s of fruit and the size of the bowl (how much the bowl holds). Some fruits are much higher in calories than others are. See the page link, further down this page, for a calories in fruit chart.
