Around 2,000, on average. That's if you're moderately active, though. It also varies depending on things like height, weight, etc. 2,000, though, is generally the amount MOST female adults should eat a day. And make sure it's a little less (1,700-1,800) if you're lightly active/sedentary, and if you're heavily active, then make sure it's more (2,200-2,500).

A man between the ages of 19 and 30 with a sedentary lifestyle needs 2,400 calories; a more active male requires 200 more.

Females between the ages of 19 and 30 with a sedentary lifestyle require 2,000 calories per day; a more active lifestyle requires 200 more as well.
