it depends on if you have a small medium or large frame. don't calorie count its a waste of time just eat small meals throughout the day. and workout 4-6 times a weekout whether its running or other cardio and you'll lose the weight if ur determined and no cheating! and weight lift if u want to build muscle do arms monday legs tues thurs agilty and Friday cardio and biceps

It also depends on if your weight consists of muscle or mostly fat. If you want to lose the weight quickly, do exercises that burn fat and don't work your muscles. I agree with the calorie counting, don't watch calories, watch the fat you are consuming because calories are basically energy, which you need. Work out more than twice a week and you should see results in weeks!
