How many calories should you eat per day to lose weight if youre 5'4 a half and 126 lbs?
i suggest this plan: follow what it says on the side of the box.
do not go over. example: if you're having lucky charms for
breakfast, go to the side and see how much for ONE serving size.
"half a cup" or "2/3 of a cup" then get a measuring cup and pour
half a cup or whatever it says in your bowl. - jog or run for 30
minutes a day. then when you think you can handle it, bump it up to
1 hour a day of jogging, running, biking etc... - eat more green
foods. lay off the junk food (i.e. chips/candy/donuts/greasy foods)
eat more vegetables. you'll be well on your way. if not that, the
average person should stay within 1500-1800 calories a day.
