In order to lose weight, a person should not focus on calculating carbohydrates. Instead a person should create a calorie deficit, by reducing the calories by 500 to 1,000 per day than they can lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. A healthy diet distributes macronutrients about like this: Carb: 45%, Protein: 35%, Fat: 20%.

well, speaking as a woman at 142 lb myself, it doesnt matter how many carbs you eat in a day, if you don't exercise and take your fitness level into account when you try to lose weight nothing is ever going to come off. Eating enough to maintain your fitness level and fuel your body while losing excess fat is not going to be found in a cookie cutter number.

For a low carb diet the usual range is 20 to 50 grams daily. The best way is to experiment and discover what amount works well for you as an individual. By that, you will determine how strict you need to be.

You should keep your carbohydrates less than 23 grams a day. This is a very small amount of carbohydrates but will help you lose weight.

I'm 13 yrs old and I'm 111 and when i bench press i usually bench 80-110. Jorgie145- A good reference to use is if you can bench you own weight about 10 times. You are considered more "elite" when you can bench twice your body weight or more.

How many calories should you burn a day?

it depends on your routine, your goal, your age, and your current weight. me, for example, since i'm trying to keep my muscle, i'll be burning between 200-300 everyday when i go to the gym. i weigh 225lb and am 5ft 9, i'm being careful to improve my muscle and lose my fat. i'm also taking days off to let my muscle repair itself. if you're already fairly fit, stay with where you're at and slowly progress to improve. roam wasn't built in a day, and any house built in a day is just another disaster.

You are 15 and weigh 160 how much should you bench max?

i assume you mean "bench press". there is no "yes" or "no" answer, there are too many variables. 125 doesn't tell me anything about your height, your build, genetics, activity level, diet, etc. from experience, having more upper body strength doesn't do you much good if you're a soccer player. furthermore, my best piece of advice, don't focus on your bench press alone; your back needs to develop or you will have horrible posture. i can squat over 300 and clean about 180 (more than i weigh), my back is really strong... but i can't do much for bench press because my shoulders are not in the best shape (genetics, it's a family problem).

What would a person that weighs 200 pounds weigh on Neptune?

As soon as anybody arrives at Neptune, they're always shocked to find out that there's actually no such thing as being "on" Neptune. Neptune is one of the gas giant planets. If it has any solid surface at all ... anything that you could land on or stand on ... nobody knows how deep it might be under all that gas. When astronomers want to talk about anything like a "surface" of one of the gas giants, everybody has to agree on how deep they're talking about. So they've all decided to agree on this definition: The depth into the gas where the gas pressure is equal to the atmospheric pressure at sea-level on Earth. When you look at Neptune that way, you're looking at a ball that's about 3.87 times the size of the Earth, but with a gravitational field at the surface that's only about 15% greater than on the surface of Earth ... the effect of all that gas again. As he sky-dives through that level and keeps falling, your 300-pound man weighs 344.4 pounds.
