I am trying to loose weight how many carbs should I limit myself to daily?
Fifty percent of your diet or half of what you eat should come from carbohydrates. If you consume a 1,200 calorie diet, then 600 calories should come from carbs. The beneficial carbs would be fruits, vegetables, whole grains such as oatmeal. If you want to maintain a healthy diet or weight, avoid or reduce carbs such as sugar, potato chips, pastries, white breads, pasta and other refined foods.
If you want to lose weight and reduce the carb intake then make sure to cut down to around 50–150 grams per day. Only consume 50 to 70 grams of carbs in a day.
That depends on what you mean by "dry" and whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain weight. See the Related Question for more information.
Multiply your actual weight by 12. In your case, 175 x 12 = 2100.
They might not. Yo-yo weight lossis very common. To maintain their weight loss, they simply need to consume as many calories as they expend- slightly more than they were consuming when they were losing.

Maintaing a certain weight, regardless of that weight, is about balancing your calorie intake with your calorie expenditure. If you expend as many calories as you eat, you will maintain your weight.
The answer depends on how active you are, and you should'nt be worrying about your weight because your only 12. unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Ask your doctor for the answer..
