It very much depends on a few factors. Namely amount of composting added and amount of water from rainfall. Well dried composted manure could weigh in at about 1200 lbs while wetter, fresh manure could approach 1800 lbs and more.

One of the defintions of a ton is 1000 kg. As fresh cow manure is predominantly water one ton is about 1 m3.

One tonne (1000 kg) has a volume of:

1000 / 0,717 = 1395 m3
