That is entirely objective. It depends how strong you like your coffee. It also depends what kind of coffee it is and how you brew it. A friend and I buy the same coffee, we both drink 3 cups in a morning. My tin lasts about 28 days. His lasts 6 weeks.

It is 0.624999999 of a cup. i would suggest table spoons which is 9.999999999 which you could probably round off to 10 table spoons. If you don't have a table spoon, use a big spoon but not a giant spoon.
