Amount smoked. Weight. How often you smoke.
Example : 160 lbs. man who smokes bi weekly would need to take roughly 400mgs of niacin for 3 days for all signs of THC to be gone from the body,
Now it is possible to beat a drug test with say less than 12 hours notice, but it means drinking alot of water and taking alot of niacin,
I smoked one night, took a test the next afternoon, about 4 pints of water and about 1800mg of niacin later I passed no problem.
Be sure to use the flush free otherwise you would be itching real bad.
Niacin is a natural supplement produced by the body to rid toxins. However your body only prodices enough to do it at a slow rate by basicallly overproducing niacin you can rid the toxins rather quickly.

∙ 12y agoNiacin can stay in the body for a few days, although im not quite sure how to answer your question. Are you worried about drug tests or side effects? Niacin is not tested for in a standardized drug test, so you should be fine. As for side effects, itching and rash could last 1-2 days
