How many days should you rest a group of muscles between workouts?
Hi , you should probably spend 1-2 days of rest between your workouts. it also depends how hard you workout at your workout. if you do an easy workout then only rest one day, and if you work hard, the rest two days. you should workout 4 times a week if you want big muscles that show. drink lots of water and dont eat junk period.

Try to life 4-5 times. I would leave at least 2 days in between workouts of the same muscle groups, but some say you only need 1 - see how you feel. Don't worry too much about your arms, they're a pretty small muscle group and are worked in many other exercises. Hit the biggest muscles and you will find that they will all begin to grow.
