It will depend a lot on your average speed when traveling, the number of stops and the length of time you choose to drive. Also a factor is the exact start and destination locations plus the route. This depends on method of travel, it would take roughly a week to drive assuming you stopped at night to rest and took rest breaks throughout the day, but it could be done is as little as three days if you drove continually. If you are flying I believe it is around a 9-10 hour flight from Anchorage to Wichita. The distance from Anchorage to Wichita is 3,736 miles according to maps.google.com

Assuming you mean Vancouver, B.C., I've found that it takes 1-5(usually 3-5) business days for mail within Canada. For mail to the US it takes 10-15 business days typically. Possibly some of this delay is in customs.
