There bi-colored beagles that are black and white. Tri-colored beagles are brown, black, and white. Some beagles also have grey spots, or ticking in their white patches. The most common is a saddle back, which has a large black spot on its back that looks like a saddle.

they are normally brown,white, black

Added on: More specifically they are either fawn, brindle, or white. White markings are typically on the feet and face extending down the neck and/or belly. They are called "flash" and referred to as "flashy" markings. Fawn coloring ranges from light tan, dark tan, brown, red tan, mahogany, or red. Brindle is black stripes on fawn. Black boxers are a reverse brindle. Genetically "white" boxers are usually fawn, white covers one-third of their body. White boxers are not recognized by the AKC and prohibited to breed; they are linked to deafness.

There is very great variety in canine coloration, although some breeds are found in more colors than others. There are two basic types of pigmentation, black and brown. This determines what color the dog's nose, eye rims, etc. are. On a genetically brown dog, the dog will have no black anywhere in its coat. A genetically black dog may or may not have any black in its coat, but will usually (not always--other dilutions can come into play) have a black nose. Other patterns and colors can work to modify the basic black or brown base, leading to a very wide variety. This list is by no means complete.
