Only one. The filter is integrated into the fuel pump module, located inside the fuel tank. To replace the filter, you must replace the entire fuel pump module. To replace that module, you must first either remove the fuel tank or the truck box.
The ignition coil should be inside the distributor behind the cap. Remove the distributor cap screws, remove the cap and you will see the coil.
It is under the housing where the lower hose attaches to the block. The new thermostat should have the seal with it, and that should be all you need.
It should be at the bottom, driver's side of the radiator on the engine side. It may be either a petcock or just a plain plug.
