35 lbs x 2.2 kg/1 lb x 1000g/1 kg x 1 mL/0.918g x 1 L/1000 mL x 0.264 gal/1 L = 22.14 gallons

According USDA, there is a 7.7Lb/Gal ratio for peanut oil (varying slightly on temperature), so 35Lbs of Peanut oil is just over 4 1/2 Gallons (4.545454..... Peanut oil weighs 7.68 pounds a gallon at 60º F. 5 Gal X 7.68 lbs = 38.4 lbs.
