Roosters have 2 claw like feet, they also have sharp hook-like appendages on the back of their legs called spurs, one on the back of each leg, they are secondary sex characteristics which were used in domesticated chickens for cock fighting. Now spurs are usually removed to keep the males from fighting and hurting each other in the coops.
