How many elements are not on the periodic table?
There may be many elements that aren't on the periodic table, but it is because if they're not on it, that means they haven't been discovered. The periodic table contains only discovered elements, so the answer to your question can never be answered... However, all naturally occurring elements have been discovered and a few entirely new ones (elements 93-118) have been created artificially. Some of the heavier ones are so unstable that they decay milliseconds after they are created. So elements beyond 118, in a sense, don't even exist yet.

Elements is radioactive and synthetic?
There are many elements that are synthetic, and all of them (so far!) are very radioactive. Uranium (element 92) is the last element on the periodic table that seems to exist in nature. All of the elements past Uranium (elements 93 to 118) do not exist in nature, but are produced in nuclear reactors (as with, for example, Plutonium) or in particle accelerators. The reason these elements do not exist in nature is precisely because of their radioactivity! If they were created at all in the past they would have all since decayed in to other elements.

How many elements discovered so far and how many are natural and artificially made in lab?
The first 98 elements exist naturally, 20 synthetic elements have been created (those with atomic numbers 99-118). All are unstable, decaying with half-lives ranging from a year to a few milliseconds. As of 2013, the periodic table has 114 confirmed elements, comprising elements 1 (hydrogen) to 112 (copernicium), 114 (flerovium) and 116 (livermorium). Elements 113, 115, 117 and 118 have reportedly been synthesised in laboratories however none of these claims have been officially (wikipedia)
