Miles or Miles per gallon? My '98 4runner has 175,000 and it's just getting broken in!
W'd like to know how many miles per gallon a Toyota 4-runner get?
A Toyota 4Runner SR5 holds about 18 gallons of gasoline. The 4Runner gets about 14 to 16 miles per gallon.
only 12 in city - 18 at best on hwy
for a 4 cylinder about 22 to 27 and for a 6 cylinder 19 to 22
According to fueleconomy.gov: A 2WD Toyota 4Runner can get 16 MPG City and 19 MPG Highway. A 4WD Toyota 4Runner can get 14 MPG City and 17 MPG Highway.

My 12 years old Camry makes 30 miles per gallon on highway and about 24 miles per gallon in city.
it depends on the car and the driver. on a 4 cylinder you're going to get anywhere between 25-35 miles per gallon. on a 6 cylinder 15-25. on a 8 cylinder 10-20 and so on.
There are many other forums answering the same question, but most say around 18-20 mpg.
I have a 98 s-10 4 cylinder and I get 300 to 315 miles per tank.
The 2004 Ford Focus sedan has a 4-cylinder engine, and gets 22 miles per gallon in the city, and 30 miles per gallon on the highway. It has 130 horsepower.
