Did Jesus disciples have wives

While the other Apostles may have been married, The Bible only states that Peter the Apostle was married. Well actually sorry it does not say that Peter was married, what it does say is Peter had a mother in law and that logically deduces that he must have been married, in order to have a mother in law. (Matthew 8:14).

One that we know of maybe more. 1 Cor 9:5 Have we not power to lead about a sister , a wife, as well as other apostles, and as the brethren of the Lord, and Cephas?

KJV Mark 1:29-30 And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. 30 But Simon's wife's mother lay sick of a fever, and anon they tell him of her.

Among the twelve 'apostles', Matthew 8:14 indicates that atleast Peter was married, and 1 Corinthians 9:5 shows that others were too. Among 'disciples' there were,and continue to be, many who are married. (1Timothy 3:1, 2, 12; Titus 1:5, 6)

Seems to imply that some of the disciples had families.

The only disciple that was married was Peter. One would know this because at one point it is mentioned that Peter's mother-in-law laid sick.
