Hi just saw your Question and the answer is 4.Because I own the same vehicle. Because my check engine light keeps coming on for the last 4 yrs. so I took my truck to 5 different certified mechanics and I was told it was my O2 sensor and also given a diagram for this F-150 4x4 2 on driver side & 2 on passenger side before and after the catalic converter.
