Philadelphia - 420,745,000
Denver - 1,098,201,100
The number minted varies with demand. Through October of 2008 about 5 billion cents have been made, so if production continues at that rate another billion will be made by the end of the year.
It's not clear exactly what you're asking.
If you're asking how often are pennies (cents) struck, the answer is that so many of the coins are needed that the Philadelphia and Denver Mints strike them all the time, often 7 days a week and sometimes on double or even triple shifts. When demand is high, facilities at the West Point Mint are sometimes pressed into service as well. These cents don't have mint marks, though, so they look exactly like Philadelphia pennies.
If you're asking how often is the coin's design changed, that doesn't have a specific answer. The wheat-back design was used for 50 years, the Memorial design was used for another 50, but during the Lincoln Bicentennial there were 4 different designs in one year. The new shield reverse is too new to know how long it will be made.
