I agree with the death penalty 100% . I also agree that until a person is totally proven to be guilty ,no.
Additional: (in the US) Apparently the majority of the electorate in 37 states of the country that still have the death penalty.

∙ 11y agoI disapprove of capital punishment on the basis that no person has the lawful right to murder another person. The government has no authority to approve a murder but murder murderers.

The death penalty is a logical option to life imprisonment for individuals that cannot or will not be integrated into society to the extent that they will murder other individuals for their goods or as entertainment. The present system of segregating this type of individual, providing them with the necessities of life, on the faint hope that they will see the error of their ways and become useful citizens is like weeding a garden by moving the weeds to a special plot where they are watered and fertilized in the hope that they will produce flowers or berries.

But it might be a strain to you if you work in the penal system in a state that uses capital punishment unless you're OK with it.
