The baptist faith, being very similar, if not identical to certain evangelical sects, is more of a coalition of different faiths that share a handful of similar core principals. Because of the non-cohesive nature of so many "Baptist" churches it is very likely that there is no more than 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 members of one individual faith within the wide spectrum of Baptists.
