quite honestly it depends on the person... but if you want to loose weight then you need to exersise... alot.. while weight loss products may work it is proven by me that you will, i say again will, feel more comfortable and proud that you did it by hard work ( sounds weird at first but trust me) if you dont work for it then it is not worth it.. put the work in.. A lot. Every person responds differently to a starvation diet. However, the body (when deprived of food) stores what little fat you have left and doesn't allow you to burn it. When you start eating again, your body will hold onto the fat until your diet stabalizes. Starvation diets are never good for the body, you lose muscle rather than fat and become very weak.
If you don't eat for a week you'll be put in the hospital for dehydration, if I were you, try a low carb diet, one of my firends has already lost 37 pounds in three weeks!!

You can loose some pounds, but after that week. What would you do then?
It is pysically impossible to lose 7 pounds in a week.
6 pounds in a week
It is possible to lose 10 pounds in a week, but it is not healthy to do. Many people tend to lose quite a bit the first week into a diet due to losing water weight.
you can loose 9 pounds a week by not eating any dairy products or any artificial foods.
No, you could not lose 67 pounds in week on a trampoline.
It depends how many strikes you score
since 3,500 calories = 1 pound, you need to lose 7,700 calories per week to lose 2.2 pounds per week.
