It depends on where it is on the stick. The full mark should represent 5 quarts of oil. The add mark means you are a quart low (4 quarts)

On the four cylinder it is on the top of the valve cover. On the six cylinder, it is inside the distributor.

On the v6, it is inside the distributor. On the four cylinder, it is on the driver side end of the cylinder head.

Chrysler Dealership, bring ID and Title. As long as you haven't changed the key cylinders from originals they will be able to make a new key.

I'm not real sure about a 1995 Sebring, but on my 1999 Sebring it is located on the left side (Driver's side) of the dash board. There is a panel that you pull off and there they are. If it's not there, then look in the owner manual for the location. If you don't have an owners manual, you should be able to get a .pdf one off the Internet.
