The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly is the unicameral legislative body of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province located in Pakistan. The Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Assembly has 124 elected members all together which consists of 99 regular seats, 22 seats that are reserved for women, and 3 seats for non-muslims.
In Legislative Assembly the Governor may nominate one member from the Anglo-Indians, if the community is not adequately represented in the assembly. In Legislative Council the governor may nominate one-sixth members.
