How was language created?

Language was not simply created. Each creature speaks a language that has different sounds and tones and pitches for different meanings and things. The only difference in Languages of other species of Earth and that of Mankind, is that our brains have developed more, and our vocal chords and mouth are designed to make many different sounds. Which is why there are so many languages in the world and why no one Human being can understand another language that he does not know. The human brain is very complex, and through thousands of years, we have developed from sounds... to words... A language was made where the people of a tribe spoke a specific language, with specific sounds that they all knew the meanings to, and from the first humans we have grown in population and in geographical state, to have now created around 2,094 languages world wide. Human spoken languages are unique than any other creatures languages because of how complex it is, and how it changes and differs. But we humans do have a common language, which we all know. Just like with all dogs, they all understand the barks, even if they have not been in contact with many dogs in their life. Their brain has specific natural knowledge of sounds and actions. In humans, sounds are not imprinted in our minds, so we have to learn them. But our body language is known world wide. These are how we smile, laugh, frown, and cry.

What makes the chinse language so different from other languages?

The Chinese language differs from most (but not all) written languages in that it is not a phonetic representation of spoken words but a pictographic representation of the ideas the spoken sounds represent. This is not unique in the world of language, but much less common than phonetic (sound) representations of spoken words.
