Any of the suites are the nicest dorms. If you're looking to go for traditional dorms, I'd advise staying away from Haggin, Holmes, and Jewell. Also, if you don't want to live more than three stories up, I would avoid the towers. If you want to be near the classroom buildings, choose a dorm on north campus. If you want to be near the library and where most of the students live, choose south campus. There are also living learning communities that are specific to each dorm.
