Approximately4 per day.

Considering that tampons should be changed every 4-6 hours, and that tampons cannot be worn overnight while sleeping, at most women should be using 4 tampons per day - obviously it depends on the woman's flow and what absorbency is used as if a woman's flow is too heavy for the tampons she's using them she'd need to change tampons more often and thus use more tampons.

It really depends on the level of your flow! Aka how much comes out. Is it light, medium, or is it heavy! Everyone is different! First of all I would start with a box of 20 regular Tampax tampons. Then after your first week or if you already know what ur flow level is then you should be able to figure out if you need regular, super, or extra super tampons! Same thing gose for the pads! Just go to the store And stock up u never really know how many you are going to need or use

It depends completely on what type of tampons/pads you're using and your flow.

Ideally a woman should alternate between tampons and pads, changing every 4-6 hours - so assuming a woman is using a tampon or pads for 6 hours that's at least two tampons and two pads per day - thus at least 14 tampons and 14 pads per week.

On average a women will use 22 tampons over her period - however the exact number depends on her personal needs depending on her flow, length of period, how often she changes, and how often she alternates with pads.

How many tampons someone uses during their period depends on how heavy their flow is and how long the period is - also you're supposed to swap with pads occasionally too, such as using pads with light flow and overnight or occasionally alternating with pads. On average a woman will use around 20-22 tampons during menstruation, more or less depending on the factors listed above. If a woman uses a tampon or more every hour then her flow is too heavy and she should see her doctor.

How many tampons and pads you need depends on flow, period length, and what products you use.

For example tampons and pads need to be changed every 4-6 hours but you may need to change more often if your flow is heavier or your period may last longer than average so you'd need more supplies. If you use reusable pads then you'd only need a few at a time, depending on how often you wash your pads, verses if you used disposable pads which could be significantly more pads.

About tampons i am not sure but pads i can tell it all depends upon the usage for yours .But it is suggested to change pad after 4-5 hours. In todays time mostly pads are made with chemical and plastic so that has to be changed within given time if not it can cause serious health issues but if you use organic pads like ANANDI PADS they are 100% Compostable and Organic Pad , certified Compostable as per ISO-17088,Anandi is made of GOTS certified 100% organic cotton top layer, Plant-based Bio-Super Absorbent from natural sources, Anandi Pads, wrappers, disposal bags are certified compostable as per IS/ISO-17088 international compostable standard. So whatever you use be safe.

Do Amish women where tampons or pads?

Pads.

Do you still need a pad or tampon after you period?

No, tampons and pads (also other menstrual products) are only needed on your period.Once your period is over you no longer use tampons or pads, in fact as your period comes to an end you need to stop using tampons because tampons cannot be used with light flow or spotting. It is a good idea to carry tampons and pads with you ready for when your next period starts, if you're young menstrual cycles can be irregular so your periods can start suddenly without warning.

How do you feel comfortable with period without tampon?

One option would be to use menstrual cups. Menstrual cups are internal like tampons but safer and more hygienic so can be worn for 12 hours, including with any flow and overnight without need to alternate with pads. Cups are more comfortable than tampons or pads and don't leak like tampons or pads.

Do you where tampons or pads when your doing long activities?

You have more options than tampons and pads, you can use menstrual cups and softcups which can be worn for up to 12 hours (tampons and pads need to be changed after 4-6 hours or sooner if full), also they don't leak so more convenient than tampons or pads. If using tampons and pads you may want to use both so that the pads can act as back-up if your tampon leaks before you can get to the bathroom. Otherwise use as you would normally and just make sure to change often so it doesn't leak.

Why do you need pads or tampons for periods?

To prevent blood from leaking out and staining clothes, chairs, etc....

Will 5 tampons be okay for 5 days Also how do you insert quickly?

It depends on your flow and when you'll be wearing tampons. Tampons need to be changed every 4-6 hours, remember too that you cannot wear tampons with light flow, overnight, and you need to alternate with pads.

If all you have is tampons what are you supposed to sleep in?

You should not sleep in tampons - tampons need to be changed every 4-6 hours and you need to alternate with pads to allow vaginal cleaning. If you don't have pads then use makeshift pads out of tissue or cloth folded into your underwear, and put a towel under you to be sure you don't leak on the bed.

Do all girls have to wear tampons?

No, not all girls have to wear tampons and in fact there's little reason to use tampons when there are other options like pads or menstrual cups available. Girls often use tampons because they prefer them to pads and may not know that options like cups exist and can be much better than tampons. Some people cannot use menstrual cups so will use tampons when they need internal menstrual products.

Will 5 tampons be okay for 5 days?

No, five tampons will not be enough to last for five days.Tampons need to be changed every 4-6 hours, ideally alternated with pads and with pads overnight too, so you'd need around 2-3 per day so 10-15 for five days. You will of course also need pads for overnight, to alternate with, if your flow gets too light for tampons, and as back-up too.

How many times should a girl change her tampon?

It depends on her individual needs. Tampons need to be changed at least every 4-6 hours, or sooner if the tampon leaks before then - women should also alternate with pads as often as possible, or at very least use pads overnight rather than tampons.
