THERE ARE TWO WIRES
on the passanger side of the valve cover......or it's that plastic thing with the 4 thick wires coming out of it
Plugs, wires, rotor, cap, pcv valve.
The idle control valve is located on the throttle body on the intake manifold. To remove it you need to disconnect the wires and unbolt the valve from the throttle body. Then place the new one on and attach the wires and bolts.
Check your spark plug wires to make sure they are on tight and snug. it can be many things.... distributor cap/rotor, fuel filter, spark plugs or wires. Start on these minor tune ups and then if none of this works then stat worrying about egr valve or idle control valve. hope i can help
Hard to start when warm for your year of Integra is most likely due to the Main Relay malfucntioning. High mileage Acura/honda of the early 1990s are prone to this problem. The part is fairly cheap from your Acura/honda dealer and it takes about 10 minutes to replace.
MAKE SURE YOUR SPARKPLUGS ARE ON PROPERLY...GET NEW SPARK PLUGS,DISTRIBUTOR CAP/ROTOR, OR SPARKPLUG WIRES. IF NONE OF THIS WORKS YOU MIGHT WANT TO MESS WITH EGR VALVE OR IDLE CONTROL VALVE?????
the wires from the ignition switch need to be replaced.
If you use genuine Honda Parts it will cost you about $300 for parts and about $100 for the labor, you need to replace the following parts: Spark plugs, Wires, PCV Valve, fuel filter, rotor and cap, air filter and valve cover gasket.
