It entirely depends on what edition of the play you are talking about. Not only does every edition have an introduction , all of which are different lengths, but they use different typefaces with different numbers of points, different page sizes and different margins. And finally, not every edition of the play is the same anyway. It was printed twice in Shakespeare's lifetime and once shortly afterwards, and the versions are not the same.
To give you an idea, the line "But soft! What light from yonder window breaks!" appears on page 19 of the 1597 Quarto version, on page 22 of the 1599 Quarto version, and on page 44 of the inexpensive Scholastic paperback version I have at hand.
