The time of Abraham (in The Bible) was estimated by scholars to be some time between 2000 BC and 1850 BC. Abraham died at the age of 175 years. (Gen 25:7), which would be between 1820 BC and 1675 BC.

Biblical scholars calculated the time that Joshua led Israel into land of Canaan around 1240 BC at which time he would have been around 60 years old (ca. 1300 BC). Joshua died at the age of 110 (Joshua 24:29).

So, between the death of Abraham and the birth of Joshua was about 400 years.

Joshua was about 80 when Moses died. Joshua was 40 when he was sent as one of the spies into Canaan. Joshua 14:7. Because the 10 spies brought back a bad report and the people believed them they wandered in the desert for 40 years. That would make him at least 80.

How many years between the birth of Jesus and Isaiah?

It is impossible to know the exact amount of years. However, Jesus was born in the year 0AD, because the previous years all ended in BC, which meant Before Christ). Jesus' birth is the beginning of the New Testament, whereas Abraham lived very early on in the Old Testament, and so there would have been several hundred, if not thousands, of years between them. About 2021 years, give or take a few, passed between Abraham's birth and Jesus' birth. BC 537 is when the captivity ended, plus seventy years of captivity is 607. 390 years passed between the captivity and Solomon's reign, and solomon reigned for 40 years, making 1037 BC. Solomon's reign began in the 480th year after Israel made it back to Canaan from Egypt. Israel were in captivity for 400 years, and they wandered in the desert for 30. 430+479=909, and 909+1037=1946 BC. Abraham was 75 at the time. 1946 BC plus 75 is 2021 BC, when Abraham was born.

How many generations between Noah and Abraham?

In the Old Testament, there are ten generations between Noah and Abraham. However, according to the detailed genealogies in the Book of Genesis, Noah must have still been alive until Abraham was a relatively old man.The author of Genesis claimed to know that Noah lived another 350 years after the Flood, therefore living until Abraham was some 60 years old, yet he played no further part in the biblical story. Abraham was not even aware that he had a living ancestor who could have provided personal testimony for his God.In the New Testament, Luke's Gospel has eleven generations between Noah and Abraham, inserting Kainan, son of Arphaxad, for theological reasons.
