How many years of college are needed to become a radiologist?
It depends on where you go. Most community colleges that I know of have 2.5 years. If you work at an animal hospital, they can train you on the spot, but you won't be licensed.
A radiologist (not to be confused with a radiology technician) is a physician with a specialty in radiology. This would take four years for the bachelor's degree and four years of medical school. There will also be an additional three or more years to complete the internship and residency requirements.
