Normally pressure tanks come with about 30 p.s.i. pressure in them, but depending on the type of water system you may need to adjust the pressure. You always want the pressure of the empty tank to be less than the turn on pressure of your pressure switch on your pump(if you have a pump) about 5 p.s.i. less should do it.

Air pressure in a tornado is lower than that of its surroundings. Pressure deficits inside tornadoes have been measured as much as 194 millibars less than the surroundings.

A tornado creates an area of low pressure. Pressure as much as 100 millibars lower than in the surrounding air have been recorded.

In short, yes. The commonly-reported "pressure" talked about by meteorologists has been extrapolated down to sea level to eliminate pressure differences caused by altitude (air pressure drops much more quickly with height than it does between even the strongest high and low pressure systems). Air pressure sometimes refers to the pressure observed at a location and not adjusted down to sea level, whereas barometric pressure almost always refers to a sea-level pressure. But maybe this is too much information. A better answer would be "yes."

you have to take the tank out and drain it then use something to dry it out-+ Siphon out as much as you can, then drop the tank if necessary to get out as much as possible.

yes! people often go into storms to find how much pressure there is. also, they find out where it is going.

A starfish can be found in the sand dollar. Wrong... A Sand Dollar is just another type of Sea Urchin, the ones you find in shops have been killed an emptied and only their shell remains pretty much like what they do to star fish.

The blood pressure is the pressure in the arteries created by the large quantity of blood circulating in them. The number on the top is the systolic blood pressure and the number on the bottom is the diastolic blood pressure. The systolic BP is the pressure in the arteries right when the blood is pumped out of the heart, therefore the pressure is bigger. The diastolic BP is the pressure in the arteries after the blood has been pumped out and before the next heart contraction. At this moment, the heart is relaxed and the pressure is much lower.

Assuming all other conditions stay the same as the viscosity increase this restricts flow and the flow rate will slow down. For example if you put water in a squeezable ketchup bottle it would be able to be emptied much faster than if you applied the same pressure with ketchup in the bottle.

A pressure gauge simply measures and visibly indicates pressure in a system . It does not reduce the pressure. For that you need a PRV (pressure reduction valve ).

gas under pressure : )))) and if pressure is too much is liquifying ;)

What does the BP numbers mean? The number on the top is the systolic blood pressure and the number on the bottom is the diastolic blood pressure. The diastolic BP is the pressure in the arteries after the blood has been pumped out and before the next heart contraction. At this moment, the heart is relaxed and the pressure is much lower.

They do on muscular hands, when hands have been working or have had extra pressure on them, or when the skin becomes frail/translucent usually due to old age. It has to due with how much blood (and at what pressure) is pumping through the veins and/or how much skin (with necessary proteins) is covering the hand.

Too much pressure or defective valve.
