It depends where you live at my pet smart they cost $20
At Pet Supplies Plus, guinea pigs are 29 dollors. They are sometimes on sale for 25. Most guinea pigs are 18 or 20, but if you want a good guinea pig you may have to get an expensive one.
So at Pet Supplies Plus they are 29. Sometimes they have baby one's there you can buy, but make sure you get them early, because it's best for them to know you when their young, I have one named Coffee, and she was an adult that just got done from being a baby she is eleven months, and she is pretty healthy but not from Pet Supplies Plus. Look up a lot of information before getting a guinea pig, they have more things than you think there is to them. (babies are the same price at Pet Supplies Plus)
I hope I helped. :)
Depending on the individual store, two guinea pigs alone would probably cost between $60-70 U.S. dollars.
a bajillion pennies and a blow job.
If you buy from a small breeder, or just a pet owner that has baby (or adult guinea pigs they don't want anymore) guinea pigs, you can get them for $10, but if you buy from a pet store they are $40-$60. And that is just for the animal, then you have to buy all the supplies.

It depends on the size of the cage. Some cages are cheaper when they come in a guinea pig care supplies kit.My cage for my guinea pig was $50.But, then again,it was originally meant for two guinea pigs.
If you want 1 guinea pig, probably about $110 - $130 to start. For 2, about $175 - $200 to start. Prices all depend on where you purchase your pet and supplies. Keep in mind that you will have to replenish your supplies.

It cost about $50.00 a month to afford changing supplies and hay, and of course a cave and food. I have a male Guinea Pig and i live in NY and i know all about this stuff.
Yes, in pre-decimal British money, a guinea was a pound and a shilling (or 21 shillings). Today that would be equivalent to £1.05
