It doesn't work

Do NOT drink bleach.

Kidneys release the cannabinoid byproduct into the urine. If you begin drinking a lot of water hours before the test, the kidneys quit releasing the toxin and focus on eliminating the water which means that you will, basically, be peeing only water.

Important - take a high dose of B2 to help keep the urine colored or your sample will be clear and look diluted.

Very Important - You'll need to drink about a gallon and a half starting about four - five hours before the test. If you feel any symptoms of water intoxication, you must stop or you could die.

Drinking bleach would be foolish, it would poison you. And, there is no way to wash any substance from your system. Likely as not the most you could hope for is an inconclusive reading, which would prompt a second more sensitive test, or a hair or blood test. The only certain way to pass a drug screen is to be clean. Your best hope is to confess you have used to your PO, and beg for mercy and rehab. Do the work, get clean, and live life. Sounds simple, I'm certain, but it is offered with the knowledge that it will be the most difficult thing of your life. Your only other option is to continue your use of illegal drugs, live your life in and out of incarceration, or worse...death.

Don't do it. Drinking bleach will not help you pass a drug test. However, a pot of coffee, and then a gallon of water, will.

To be sure, put some chlorine crystals under your fingernail, then pee on your finger to add it to the test sample. That's the only safe way to use bleach to pass a test....

DO NOT DRINK BLEACH. IT WILL NOT MAKE YOU PASS A DRUG TEST. You could end up blinding yourself, killing yourself, or severely injuring your internal organs.
