No. A shot of espresso has about 80-100 mg of caffeine, whereas a cup of regular coffee has 100-135 mg. Since the servings of espresso are generally much smaller than coffee, the content of caffeine per mL is often higher than a cup of coffee, but between a shot of espresso and a cup of coffee, the coffee has more.

One eight ounce cup of brewed Columbian coffee will contain approximately 80 to 135 mg of caffeine. For ease of count round that to the 100 mg mark since brewing methods can effect caffeine content. The deeper darker the roast the less caffeine is left in the bean.

A typical 28-gram serving of a milk chocolate bar has about as much caffeine as a cup of decaffeinated coffee, although dark chocolate has about the same caffeine as coffee by weight. Some dark chocolate currently in production contains as much as 160 mg per 100 g - which is double the caffeine content of the highest caffeinated drip coffee by weight.

Some are naturally caffeine free, some contain 100% the caffeine of a cup of coffee. It depends on the type.
