Referring to the noodles alone, I purchased a 24 ounce bag of Skinner spaghetti noodles at a Food Town Store in Texas, USA, on sale on February 27, 2009 for 99 cents. The regular price was about $1.25, and you can also get a generic brand of spaghetti noodles on sale for about 77 cents.

Depends what you mean by 'spaghetti'.

For a 14 ounce can of prepared spaghetti (Chef Boy-R-Dee type) you can expect to pay between $.80 to $1.00 on sale. For a 40 ounce can of the same stuff, around $2.50 on sale. There aren't any 24 ounce cans of prepared pasta.

For a 26 ounce can of Spaghetti sauce, between $.70 and $1.00 on sale.

For a 32 ounce package of dry spaghetti noodles, $2.00 on sale.

Regular prices and special recipes (organic, whole wheat, etc) can add anywhere from 10% to 200% to those costs.

It depends where you live, whether you want branded ones, and whether there's a special offer! In my local shops (UK) I could pay anywhere from about £0.60 to £2.20.
