My Shi Tzus are now full grown and one weighs 12 pounds and one weighs 15.
They are not fat, just big. So, I am not sure what exactly to tell you. But i hope that gave you a bit of an outline.

∙ 11y agoShih Tzu puppies can weigh anything between 1 and 7 ounces at their birth. They eventually grow to around 10 lbs. There is no ideal weight for a shih tsu puppy at birth as their growth rates are wildly variable.
