Basically almost anything lol! We eat Chinese, Indian, Malay, Japanese, Korean (almost all kinds of Asian actually), middle eastern (I think they're technically Asian too), western (french, German, Italian, spanish, American, british) and so on. About the only under-represented cuisine is south American (though Brazilian is popular) and African. We'll also eat all the time (there are places open only from 2-4am and yes, you have queue 30-60min for it) and we eat in any setting. Which means in your shorts and singlet, on a rickety stool by a busy road or in your finest, in a dimmed, hushed restaurant with a liveried maitre d' by your side. And with anything, your hands, fork and knife, chopsticks and toothpicks. Take your pick.

I would like to understand where the habit of bringing ones own bottle of wine to a restaurant stems from in Singapore? I understand that tax on alcohol is high in Singapore, but in other countries where high taxes on alcohol exist, this habit is still very rare... I found this to be a very interesting cultural aspect...

Food commonly eaten in Singapore is rice, fish, noodles. They also like bubble tea which is a flavored smooth like drink what has almost like blueberry's in them except they are bigger and you can't squash them easily. How do they drink them up? They us an extra wide straw! It comes in all different flavor's recommend mango flavor!
