Thanks for your question. It answers a question I have had; the one about "are there stupid questions?". Unless of course you are under the age of 13, in which case I would have to say it depends on too many factors to answer reasonably. These factors are amount of fluids comsumed, exertion, external temperature, humidity, age and many more.
The sweat rate, that is the amount of sweat lost in on hour can go up to 3l. It is normally below 1 Liter, but it depends on the surrounding temperature, humidity, level and intensity of the activity.
On an average a person loses about 500 ml of water in the form of sweat.
alot
Depends how hard you work. A good 30 minute gym session can make you sweat a pint
One half-pint. The human average amounts to one cup of foot sweat per day. (At first I typed food sweat. Eww.) That's what I learned this week.
Approximately 270ml per day. In a whole year our feet produce 100L.
two pounds a day.
out in sweat? excretion ?
About two quarts
People actually sweat the same amount on a humid day as they do a cold, dry day. The difference is that the sweat isn't able to evaporate as quickly because of how much moisture is already in the air.
u lose about 10% of water each night
2.2lbs per litre

3 time a day per a day do not feed them to much
