Kinda-sorta. There's been a couple of face transplants, for people who have been badly disfigured - so a nose transplant should be possible.

But I don't think you'd find any one to perform such a procedure. Transplants are always difficult, and require constant medication to keep the transplanted tissue from getting rejected. Medically, it wouldn't be worth it only to make someone look better.

Even if someone were to lose their nose, it'd be easier to create a nose out of material taken from somewhere else on the patient's body.

A rib could provide both bone and cartilage, and underarm skin is a good match for face skin.

yeh u can. but u need proof. it also helps if u have a deviated septum.

On average in the UK a nose job may cost between £3000 and £4000.
