From the dealer here in Utah it costs $602. It costs $194 to have the dealer program it and install it. From reading on the issue, you can take your old PCM to NAPA and have it sent off and refurbished for $298. It sounds like it's very easy to replace it once you get it back. The downside is that it takes a couple of weeks to do it this way, but it's very inexpensive and it's already programmed when you get it back. Also, I have run into alot people on the internet that were able to purchase a refurbished PCM for their 1999 Dodge Durango's from third party websites for between $200 and $300. It took a week to get it, but saved them $500 in the end. It takes about 5 minutes to replace your PCM yourself and is very accessible. -JB
