On February 17, 2009 most all of the analog TV transmitters will be shut off as the country migrates over to an all digital signal. If you don't have a digital tuner on your TV (or cable or a satellite receiver like DirecTV, Dish Network or something similar) all you'll get is snow on your screen. This applies only to the `over the air' television signals which require a receiving antenna to watch your local television stations.
