I'd say yes, they certainly chart a lot higher in Europe than they do in the U.S. On top of this, they have a much younger fan-base in Europe and their newer songs are much more widely celebrated. Iron Maiden are currently more popular than ever everywhere except America, where their peak was still the 1980s.
